Whether you select an XR12 air conditioner or an XR12 heat pump, you can be assured of its energy efficiency. Our XR12 air conditioner has a SEER rating of up to 13.00. SEER stands for Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio and measures the cooling efficiency of an air conditioner. The higher the SEER, the greater the energy efficiency. Every heat pump system has an energy efficiency rating, as well. Our XR12 heat pump has an HSPF of up to 9.50. HSPF stands for Heating Seasonal Performance Factor and refers to the efficiency of the heating mode of heat pumps. These numbers add up to greater energy savings for you.

Our extended warranty program was designed to give you complete peace of mind for the length of your agreement. Extended warranties cover labor, refrigerant, and other costs not covered by the manufacturer's limited warranty so that you are covered for all parts and labor for the lifetime of the agreement.
